Direction of Use (Deepavali Thailam):
Take the required amount of Medisiddh Balaswagandhadi Thailam in a bowl.
Gently massage in slow, circular motions and let your skin absorb the oil.
Let it sit for about 30 minutes.
Wash off with warm water and pat dry.
For best results, warm the oil and apply.
Dosage (Deepavali Legiyam):
Consume (around 5-10 grams) of deepavali lehiyam after meals or as needed to alleviate digestive discomfort.
You can chew it or slowly let it dissolve in your mouth (or) As per advised by physician.
